The Chi Kung Retreat takes place at DiverLanhoso, on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April with master Pedro Durães. Chi kung, tai chi and meditation are three of several guidelines for greater physical and emotional wholeness. A weekend to take care of mental health and psychological well-being.

Mental health is a factor to take into account, absolutely essential for dealing with emotions and for establishing quality interactions with ourselves and others.

The urgency in the search for strategies that allow the balance of mental functions has revealed, in Portugal, new arts such as Chi Kung, Tai Chi and meditation.

During the weekend, Master Pedro Durães will provide participants with mechanisms capable of reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, blood circulation and breathing, strengthen and to correct posture and obtain more daily energy.

Taking place on the last two weekends of March, the Training of Monitors aims to provide trainees with the necessary knowledge to integrate the team of Monitors of Grupo Diver.

On the 19th and 20th, 26th and 27th of March, the Training of Monitors will take place at DiverLanhoso Adventure Park, a top reference in terms of the Adventure and Nature Tourism sector, with more than 50 sports activities in the catalogue.

Enrollment takes place during the first fortnight of this month.

The training costs €100 and runs from morning to night, so accommodation is provided. In addition to the training component and the stay in the price also includes lunch and dinner.

December is a special month for everyone. At DiverLanhoso, Christmas takes on magical contours for children, with many options to live with the family.

A Christmas Adventure. This is the name of the magical Christmas event that DiverLanhoso announces this year. The largest Adventure Park in the Iberian Peninsula will be, from the 18th to the 30th of December, “dressed up” according to the season in a kind of Christmas Village.

DiverLanhoso has prepared a set of Christmas activities and adventures.

At DiverLanhoso, kids will have the honor of visiting Santa’s house, as well as the Toy Factory. You couldn’t miss the sleigh flight on an amazing trip to the North Pole, to contemplate the Village of Gnomes and, of course, make a wish in the Grotto of Desires.

On Sunday, the 12th, around 300kg of garbage were collected in the municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, in Braga. The initiative, organized by DiverLanhoso in partnership with the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso, the Confraternity of “Nossa Senhora do Pilar” and the Scouts of “Sobradelo da Goma”, brought together more than two dozen people next to Rocha do Pilar.

Plogging is a sport from Sweden that consists on picking up trash by taking small steps, just like jogging. This practice is already beginning to have some expression in Portugal.

DiverLanhoso revises its values ​​in those defended by numerous environmental organizations. One of our main purposes is to awaken the general population, as well as the local population, to the need to preserve and protect the environment. 

The Halloween special event takes place at DiverLanhoso, at october’s 30^th till november’s 1th.

This event includes scary activities, prizes for the best masks and one night stay in the Adventure Park. 

All the Hlloween fans will have the opportunity to do the witch’s jump, the broom flight and to participate in the Escape Room “Murder in the Psychiatric Ward”.

We’re located at Póvoa de Lanhoso, between Braga and Gerês, and we’ve got lot of experience in organizing Holiday Camps. Participants aged between 6 and 18 are accompanied 24 hours by our team of monitors, who are with them throughout the week.

So that they can disconnect from the networks and connect with nature, cell phone access is limited – about 1 hour a day – but with 2 daily activities (paintball, soft-rafting, zipline, water walk, pool, among others), dinners and themed parties, we guarantee that there is no room for monotony.
